Price every order from what it really costs, keep customers and quotes in one place, and add invoices and purchase orders when you need them. Still private, still no account.
From a price to getting paid
The same app you log prints in carries an order from the first price to the last payment.
Quoting with true cost
Price it from what it really costs
The print price calculator counts material and waste, machine time, electricity, printer wear, labor, packaging, shipping and fees, then adds your markup and minimum charge. Save the result as a print with a quote number and issue a customer quote; the app keeps a copy of what you sent, and a replacement quote keeps the earlier one.

Customers
Every customer in one place
Keep each customer's details with a timeline of their prints, documents and payments. Set follow-up reminders for quotes, payments and promised dates, and write email or text drafts that you review and send from your own mail or messages app.

Invoices
Invoices that add up
With Business Premium, build an invoice from one or more prints, with as many lines as you need. Finalize it as a PDF, record payments as they come in, and correct it later; the earlier version is kept. Recording a payment and exporting an invoice you already have stay free.
One invoice for several prints

Business Premium
Purchase orders
Order supplies from your restock list
Restock reminders and purchase lists are free. With Business Premium, turn them into purchase orders for your suppliers and share them as PDFs. Finalizing a purchase order never places the order or adds stock on its own.
Purchase lists from your spools
Purchase-order PDFs for suppliers
Business Premium
Business Center insights
See how the business is doing
The Business Center shows what customers still owe, where your invoices stand, your active customers and repeat customers, work in progress and upcoming purchasing. Charts compare invoice value with what has been paid, quoted prices with tracked costs, and estimated margins with what finished work actually earned.

What is in Business Premium
Each item in plain words, with the name it has in the app's Tools.
Invoice Studio
Create, finalize and correct invoices
Build an invoice from one or more prints, finalize it as a PDF and correct it later. The earlier version is kept.
Purchase Order Studio
Purchase orders for your suppliers
Turn your purchase list into an order for a supplier and share it as a PDF. It never places the order for you.
Customer Operations Pro
Customer rate cards, playbooks, statements and payment receipts
Rate cards save the prices you charge one customer, line by line, ready to reuse. Playbooks add a set of follow-up reminders for a customer in one go. Statements show a customer what was invoiced and paid over a date range. Receipts are a PDF for a payment you recorded.
Business Handoff Pack
An accountant export
The accountant export: pick a date range and a currency, check the invoices, payments, amounts owed, material spending and customer activity it covers, and save it as PDF and CSV files for whoever keeps your books.
Advanced Local Scenarios
What-if pricing
What-if pricing: try a different price, margin, order size, printing time or reorder point against a print you already priced, and see the effect on time, earnings and restocking. Your real records never change.
Customers
More than 10 active customers
Workshops set up since version 2.3 keep up to 10 customers active at a time for free, and can archive the rest. Business Premium removes that limit.
What 3DCDesign will never do on its own
Send a message, place an order or take a payment. You review every draft and send it yourself.
Add different currencies together. Each currency keeps its own totals.
Give tax or accounting advice. Prices and reports are estimates from the numbers you enter.
If you stop subscribing
Everything you made stays yours: you can still open it, edit drafts, prints, spools and customers, record payments, export it, back it up and restore it. You just can't create or finalize Business Premium paperwork, including a draft you already started, or make more than 10 customers active, until you subscribe again.
Business Premium is sold only in the App Store and Google Play, inside the app. Cancel any time in your store account. How do I cancel?
