What you are buying

A digital design purchase supplies the listed files and their stated revision. It does not include a physical print or shipping. The license linked on that product page defines the permitted use; buying a file does not transfer ownership of the design.

Each page must show the price and currency before checkout. The shop’s server validates the price used by Stripe. An unavailable or unpublished product cannot start a new direct purchase. Purchases made through a “Buy on Cults” link take place on Cults and follow the checkout, delivery, license, and purchase terms displayed there.

Payment and file delivery

Direct payment takes place on Stripe’s hosted checkout. The shop releases files after the server verifies successful payment. Returning from checkout alone does not authorize a download. If a payment is still processing, the private order page shows that state until confirmation is available.

After payment, the private order page provides download links and a way to save the private order link. Save that link and keep a backup of the downloaded files. File links expire for security; eligible purchases can request fresh links from the private order page. Keep the private order link confidential because it grants access to the order.

Changing a listing or closing it to new purchases does not automatically remove an existing buyer’s access to the file revision purchased. Refunded or disputed orders, or an explicit emergency file withdrawal, can affect delivery access. The applicable per-product license still governs use of files already downloaded.

Download problems, refunds, and support

For an inaccessible, missing, corrupt, or incorrectly described download, contact sales@3dcdesign.com with the order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send card details or the private access credential. We will review the issue and applicable purchase rights. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

Physical products

Physical products remain unavailable until their actual price, material, size, available quantity, shipping destinations and charges, handling or production time, and applicable return/cancellation terms are shown. No physical order or delivery estimate is offered by the current six-design free collection or the linked Cults digital listings.
