Browsing and free files

You can browse the collection and download the free files without creating an account. Shop search and category filters run in your browser. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics to the shop. The website is hosted using Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare; those services process the network requests needed to deliver pages and files, including ordinary connection and security information.

The local product publishing editor is an owner tool on the owner’s computer. It is not a public shop service and does not give visitors access to product administration.

Purchases through Cults

Some products link to their official Cults listings. Following “Buy on Cults” takes you to Cults, which handles that purchase, checkout, file delivery, and the terms shown there. Its own privacy policy applies to its service. The 3DCDesign shop does not ask for your card information for those purchases.

Direct purchases with Stripe

When direct checkout is available, you choose the listed product and quantity on the shop and complete payment on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes payment information and may request contact, billing, or shipping information needed for that purchase. The shop does not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code.

We use the order reference, purchased products and file revision, quantity, price and currency, payment state, and purchase time to deliver the order, prevent duplicate checkout, maintain stock where relevant, and respond to payment disputes or support requests. Physical orders also require the contact and delivery details supplied during checkout so the seller can fulfill them. The seller may access purchase information through Stripe to fulfill and support the order.

The delivery service runs on Microsoft Azure. Its private order and file records are used to provide purchased downloads and verify whether an order remains eligible. Private download links expire; the private order page can obtain fresh links. An additional random access credential protects that page. Keep the private order link to yourself.

Browser storage and security

During direct checkout, the shop uses browser session storage to remember a short-lived checkout credential and, after payment, the private order link for that tab. This supports checkout limits, avoids duplicate attempts, and allows the order page to refresh. These values are not advertising identifiers. The shop still permits the current order page to work when session storage is unavailable, and it provides a way to save the private link yourself. Closing the tab or clearing browser storage can remove that tab’s saved access.

The shop does not send private access credentials to analytics. Order access uses an authorization header rather than a credential in the API request address. The private order page sends no referrer information. Hosting and payment services still process the requests needed to operate and protect the service.

Support and retention

If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond and resolve the request. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or your private download credential in an ordinary support message. Order and payment records may need to be retained to deliver purchases, handle disputes, and meet applicable accounting and legal duties. Contact help@3dcdesign.com about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests; applicable rights and retention requirements depend on the request and the information involved.
